Services for Sellers of Commercialized Software Consulting One of the barriers to technology commercialization for most enterprises is the inability to locate and evaluate assets efficiently. Leveraging our years of experience on both sides of IP commercialization transactions, we help our clients develop internal processes and best practices, thereby opening up new revenue streams and walking them into the new open innovation economy. Capture & Screen Assets When our clients are ready to take the next step in technology commercialization, they look to us to provide them with tools to capture and screen IP assets that may have commercial viability. The Fluid Licensing System helps them organize the assets into taxonomies, manage the assets through the commercialization process, and prioritize based on our patent pending grading model that helps to evaluate the technologies’ potential based on a variety of asset specific attributes as well as historical and forecasted market data and the size of the market. Marketing the Technology Much like products on the shelf at the grocery store, your technology’s story needs to be packaged with a focus on the problem it solves and the results. We help our clients present their software in a way that allows prospective licensees to understand the benefits and quickly evaluate it for a potential match to their needs.
